The chronic emotional distress for stroke survivors, such as depression, is recorded in some of the research; the reality is the significance of families as caregiver conditions. In conclusion, higher distress in stroke survivors generally to contribute in others. The study analyzes the care and services available for stroke survivors and families. Using an ethnographic study which is supported by 64 participants divided into 50 main participants (stroke survivors, family as stroke caregivers, the neurologist, clinician nurse, community nurse, health cadre, traditional healer) and 14 supporting participants (friends of stroke survivors, friends of the family as stroke caregivers, the head of Palaran PHC, HRD of PHC, PHC health staff, leader of Palaran polyclinic). Participants’ observations, in-depth interviews, and FGD are collecting data methods. Content analysis is used to analyze data for this research. Three categories of care and services available for stroke survivors and families are formal health care, the second is private service, and the third is informal care. Based on that, exclusive treatment is required for PHC staff who are at the front of caring in the community, ensuring the capability of the health professionals in community health clinics and back reference to the first level of health facilities service. More than that, community nursing is attending to other choices with a wise salary. Further, informal and private care systems must be licensed or certified for their existence in the health community, which is a problem for informal care, and then upgrade family as stroke caregivers knowledge.
